Product story

Trisnguyennn.com — Service marketplace & ERP

01 — 04

The problem

Each game service has its own description and package options. Customers need to find the right service and understand its choices and price before ordering; the operations team needs to receive and track the resulting work within the same system.

My contribution

As a Full-stack Developer, worked across the marketplace interface, server-side functionality and ERP system. The product includes a service catalog and detail pages, favorites, cart, checkout, payment, role-based order workspaces and internal operations flows.

The solution

A modular FastAPI codebase serves the storefront, business APIs and ERP. Public pages use Jinja2, CSS and JavaScript; PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy support the data layer. The system has an online payment flow, while the ERP operations sheet synchronizes changes through WebSockets. Authenticated ERP modules cover deal tracking, staff, attendance, scheduling, leave, payroll and reports.

Results & lessons

Trisnguyennn.com is live. The home page, catalog and service configuration page work on desktop and mobile; ERP screens are restricted to authorized users.
