01 — 04The problem
AKA uses Odoo 17 for its ERP system. Its HR processes are organized within that system and extended through Odoo modules tailored to the project’s workflows.
My contribution
I contribute to the development and customization of HRM-related modules and features in AKA’s system.
The solution
The HRM modules extend Odoo 17 with Python and Odoo ORM for data models and business logic. XML views define the administration interface, access rules control permissions, and JavaScript supports selected web components. The source also contains wizards and reports for HR workflows.
Results & lessons
The HRM modules were developed and customized on Odoo 17 to support AKA’s HR workflows. A key technical lesson was keeping the data models, business logic, interface and access rules consistent across module extensions.
