Product story

OfficeSync — Business operations on mobile

01 — 04

The problem

Business operations often span separate flows for employee records, attendance, leave requests, tasks and internal conversations. OfficeSync brings those flows into one mobile app with views for administrators, managers and staff.

My contribution

Developed the Flutter app in Dart with a feature-based structure and role-specific screens. The repository includes attendance, HR, requests, tasks, newsfeed, chat and AI assistant views. Built backend services with Java 21 and Spring Boot behind an API Gateway. The source uses MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ and Docker Compose for infrastructure, while the app integrates Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications.

The solution

The mobile attendance flow displays GPS location and Wi-Fi status. Staff can submit leave requests in the app and follow the approval process. Task screens vary by role, while chat and newsfeed support internal communication. Flutter code is organized by feature. The backend separates identity, HR, attendance, task, chat and notification services, as shown in the repository structure.

Results & lessons

The public repository contains the Flutter app, Spring Boot services and Docker Compose configuration. App screenshots show the module menu, GPS and Wi-Fi attendance, leave requests and the AI assistant.
